NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONTRACT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 22, 2026, the Town Board of the Town of Milton intends to enter into a contract with the below entities for the following purposes. This notice is provided pursuant to Wis. Stat. 60.47, subd. 2(a).

Project 1:  Struck & Irwin Paving, Inc. for site preparation and microsurfacing of Alfred Drive for $14,891.60.

Project 2:  Struck & Irwin Paving, Inc. for site preparation and microsurfacing of Park Street from railroad tracks to Bay Street $4,881.25

Project 3: Struck & Irwin Paving, Inc.  for site preparation and microsurfacing of Park Street from Bay Street south to end of road at gate $5,437.50

Project 4:  Struck & Irwin Paving, Inc. for site preparation and microsurfacing of Smokey’s Lane for $4,650.00.

Project 5:  Struck & Irwin Paving, Inc. for site preparation and microsurfacing of Turton Drive for $8,750.00.

Project 6:  Struck & Irwin Paving, Inc.  for crack sealing and spray patching of Bechly Road for $6,324.00

Project 7: Struck & Irwin Paving, Inc.  for site preparation and microsurfacing of Bay Street for $15,599.60.

Project 8:  Struck & Irwin Paving, Inc.  for site preparation and microsurfacing of Danville Road for $7,381.25.

Project 9:  Struck & Irwin Paving, Inc.  for microsurfacing of Bechly Road for $24,769.00.
